Error operating system in lenova laptop
It is happen because imporper installation of operating system.
It can solve by two method:
1. Boot the operating system using cd. If it is not possible because there is no inbuild dvd driver in the lenova government laptop.
2. boot the window 8.1 operating system by removing the hard disk from the lenova laptop and put it into the another pc and install the operating system
