Round 1:

The first round will be written test, such as aptitude(verbal and non verbal and english).
And some question from the basic software question

Example:

testing, models of testing, SDLC, etc....

Everything will be choice question

Time duration will be 1 hr.

Round 2:

If you clear the first round, next will be basic HR round which will confirm that whether the person suit for the position by ask directly

 "Be friendly, tell me that if you really interested work in testing"

Note: you should not tell negative reply.

Round 3:

If they are accept your reply. Then proceed to the next round which is know as Technical round.
This will handled by the HR. So clearing the interview most probably easier.

The question are

What is Software test?
Draw the SDLC.
Draw any one type of Model.
Testcase?

Round 4:

It is also technical round which can be handled by the technical person. Here we need more knowledge about the software testing in order to clear this round .. It is difficult to clear.

(Please reply the answer carefully. Don't give answer which you don't know much about it)

Round 5:

This is the final round. It is HR round. Here they will be discuss about the salary and confirmation.
